Lambert Corporate Center
Hazelwood, MO

Lambert Corporate Center I & II (“LCC”) is a great example of a niche, infill development opportunity that became a specialty for Don Land at Balke Brown. Located on 20 acres adjacent to Lambert International Airport in St. Louis, Missouri, LCC was developed on an overlooked parcel of land. North Broadway Distribution Center

North Broadway was as originally to be a speculative building until 120,000 square feet was pre-leased to International Foods, who required rail. The building was re-designed for rail service, in addition to the other modern bulk prerequisites, including 32’ clear ceilings, an ESFR sprinkler system, 44 loading docks with 35,000 lb. load levelers, weather seals and bumpers.
